In Los Angeles, she pursued acting after her film debut, in which she played a dizzy but friendly contestant. The actress portrayed Norma in several popular films throughout time, including Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho in 1960, and Living It Up, a Martin and Lewis film that was released in the year 1954.
