Richard B. Cheney an prominent public servant and businessman is the vice-president of the United States. Cheney has become a regular face on the Washington political landscape, has served under several U.S. presidents George W. Bush and George H.W. Bush. Richard Bruce Cheney is the son of Richard Herbert Cheney of the late Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He was born on the 30th of January 1941 at Lincoln Nebraska. As a 13-year-old, Richard Bruce moved with his parents from Nebraska to Casper (in the US state of Wyoming) which is where his father served as director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's the district for soil conservation.
